Intro - About Me

I'm an avid technologist with a mixed background. As a child, I've always enjoyed the arts & sciences and building things. I first obtained a degree in Economics but my heart at the time was in theatre, so I pursued theatre in NYC and gave myself 10 years to achieve my goals. After this time frame, and after some soul searching, I pivoted to a more technical field. This pursuit led me to obtain a B.S. in Physics and M.S. in Data Analytics - which opened new doors to me - an internship at NASA researching deep learning, and an internship at LIGO - Caltech researching instrumentation science for the observation of black holes. Immediately after finishing my master's, I accepted a job and thus introduced to the world of software development working on a project for the U.S. Navy and the U.S. Army. I have been fascinated with software by understanding that it is a tool that allows me to create products.

Machine Learning Car Loan Approval Classifier

An application that displays parking data overlayed on a map of downtown Orlando using the deck.gl visualization framework. It will include a dashboard to display descriptive statistics, and predictions for parking occupancy based on time and location. This app is being built on NodeJs, MongoDB, TensorFlow. React will be incorporated at a later time.
